Damon Redmond, a licensed Real Estate Agent for the past 17 years working with several different Real Estate Brokers across the state of New Jersey, specializing in distressed Real Estate listings and sales which include but not limited to REO’s, Tax Deed Sales, Tax Lien Sales, Short Sales, Estate Sales, Sheriff Sales and many other situations.

Damon started out working for PHH Mortgage in Mt. Laurel, NJ shortly after graduating from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA in 1997. This experience working as a Loan Officer for one of the largest originators in the country at the time was paramount to his growth and development as a Real Estate Professional. He purchased his first investment property in 1999, a 2 family in Mt. Laurel, NJ and then went on to buy a small apartment building in Washington, DC. Investing in Real Estate became a full time affair while living in the DC/MD metro area.

In 2002, a year after his daughter was born, Damon moved back to NJ and ventured into the world of Real Estate sales and received a Real Estate license. This was a time when the Real Estate market was just picking up and moving in a positive direction. Buying and selling Real Estate during this time was fun and exciting but things were growing so fast that no one thought it would ever slow down.

In 2008 when the Real Estate market crashed is when Damon got into the REO and wholesale investing world. With the market in major distress the next 5-6 years would be a time of rebuilding and learning about how the banks were going to dispose of all the foreclosures they had on their books.

In 2014, Damon received his Title Producer Licence and began selling title insurance and doing closings for various title companies. This experience added another layer to his knowledge base and his ability to deal with multiple different Real Estate transactions.

Currently Damon is an asset manager for CRS Agency Elite who manages over 200 properties across the state of NJ.
